What if I can't obtain a receipt or have some other problem?Write down the fare machine number; it is located on the front of each machine. If a machine is not working, please board the bus and tell the bus operator. If the machine does not issue a receipt or return your MetroCard or coins, use MetroCard eFIX to file a claim online at mta.info or call 511. http://mta.info/mta/planning/sbs/faqs.htm |
