You are not saying if it's AM or PM.AM: if the 17J you waited for 40 minutes had a previous trip, yes, maybe he got tied up in traffic on his first trip in or on his d/h back to Staten Island. PM: if the bus had to go in service or d/h from Staten Island to Manhattan, yes traffic is a possibility, whereas if those 30's, 22's and 31's were laid up all day at Quill and just pulled out, these would be subject to fewer traffic delays. |
