I can't say..as much as I love the idea of an RTS LOW FLOOR model here in NY..the MTS MANAGEMENT team has REAL ISSUES obtaining capitol to meet its obligations. If I ran the DOB..I wouldnt touch them with a 10 ft poll,until they got their act together...which from the looks of it,wont be for a while. |
