You are letting your bias in favor of Orion prevent a rational analysis of their buses. As the buses for NYCT and LIB show they do not age well. The lack of replacements and the need to get rid of older TMC's forced the Orions to be kept on longer than they needed to be. The last few years the 1xx-6xx Orion V's frames were in terrible shape |
