It doesn't work like that.The Transit Museum, basically, doen't have any money to "save" buses. They are realy N-O-T in the business of repairing or restoring them either. Most of them are stored in a single transit garage in Manhattan. When they are scheduled to come out some transit maintenance folks check them out (do they start, fluids, etc.). |
