Not completely sure about this. They also undercut the fare on the buses and still whatever noble idea there was in their genesis, today they are a menace being driven in many cases by uninsured, unlicensed drivers pulling all sorts of illegal driving tactics, pulling up in bus lanes, honking their horns incessantly and all sorts of other unplesantries for the public at large. |
