I think this is a good idea. Something needs to be done to give travelers to LGA (and employees as well) an expeditious alternative to an expensive and often dangerous taxi ride. Many do not have a lot of luggage to carry so this may offer a good choice without having to do any expensive construction and makes good use of existing resources. |
