They can still do the 3rd Ave/Washington Street one way between 184 and 163. It would help.I drove down Washington Street, from 3rd Ave/184 to 163 - - I stopped at only two traffic signals and experienced no backups - - at 9 AM on a Monday morning. That shows why backroads are the best way to go around rush hour traffic. I even go through neighboring streets just to avoid Granville Payne in Brooklyn. |
