In those days of one-way traffic flow on Third Ave with s/b trips via Washington Ave, even the Bx-29 moved along at a decent pace.The conversion back to two-way flow on Third Ave killed the Bx55 (Bx29). Slow them to a crawl. I wish someone at the TA and DOT would look back and realistically consider why the service along Third Ave is so slow. |
