There should be protests outside the Queens DA's office in such a circumstance when the law isn't fully enforced to the letter (presuming it's Constitutionally compliant). After all, when the DA's office refuse to pursue a crime (presuming the law is Constitutional, which in this case it is), the DA is directly responsible for whatever crimes they graduate to. Why bother having a DA if there will only be selective enforcement? |
