Some would say that is a ploy to get the Vallone name some wider exposure and a good reputation outside of Astoria. When Peter Vallone Jr.'s brother Paul Vallone ran for council in 2009 out in Whitestone/Bayside, he did poorly and some will say damaged the Democrats chances at winning that council seat which is represented by Republican Dan Halloran. |
