Posted by New Flyer #857 on Wed Aug 1 14:21:42 2012 Called MDT today regarding EASY cards that I have since my last trip there in 2010 and they have no record of transactions with any of my cards. They have nothing to say but that I bought the cards empty and never used them, even though I have used them to get all over Miami during my time there. I even pinpointed the month and year for them and they said it's blank. And I know there was value left on all of the cards, maybe a total of $25. Not sure what to do if anything. I asked the agent to inform supervision that transactions may not be getting recorded or may have been erased, not only on my cards but in general.I'm not sure I'm going back soon so I was looking for a refund. Even if they weren't going to give one to me, I still wanted to know the balances. |
