If you notice on any of the low-floor buses, the side windows on the low section of the bus drop to the same level as the front windows, and the black trim covers nothing below those side windows. The black trim below the windows on the upper section of the bus go no lower than the height from the bottom of the bus to below the height of the windows of the lower section. So I guess they want the black vinyl trim for 5602 to follow the same style, using the front window as a guide as for how much negative space the black trim will cover below the side windows.Now let's see if they'll stick to this style for other New Flyer D60HFs. I'd love to see this scheme on an Orion 5 though (although that is not very likely to happen, it'd look nice nonetheless). |
