What ruling(s)?Personally, I want someone qualified to drive my bus, not some idiot serving hamburgers. Nobody is saying these people are brain surgeons, but some measure of skill and literacy is necessary to do the job safely and responsibly. If you are too stupid to pass their "discriminatory" test, then I for one surely don't want you driving my bus. Go flip burgers. |
