I'm sure if NABI paid Orion enough they would "transfer" the contract to them... Any new coaches though would go through a full bid process, so who knows who would be chosen. Orion was a new product for KCM, who had prior working experence with Gillig and New Flyer, so theres nothing to say that NABI couldent get a contract with them provided they meet the qualifications and speicifications. Although i think Orion intends to fill the seattle order fully. |
