NICE Jones Beach Service

Has this service been instituted ?

If so, did anyone ride it yet ?

Also, when MSBA/LIB operated this service, wasn't there a combo LIRR/bus ticket for those who took the LIRR and transferred to connecting bus service at Freeport ?

Since NICE is under private operation, I was curious if there is a combo train/bus fare.
