The unlicensed buses were “bad for the community,” s “It creates an unhealthy competition.” “We are working on reducing the traffic,” said Yu. “To have another bus line is not the way to go.”**** Cheap transportation is bad for the community. Lack of price fixing is unhealthy competition....or is it the issue of not paying the gov't fees that's the bad part? Buses are bad for traffic congestion. Did I interpret this right? |
