"Acting Brooklyn Supreme Court Justice Neil Jon Firetog released Diaz with no bail, on her own recognizance, pending a trial set for Sept. 20."I guess the judge doesn't believe an assault on the bus operator is a serious offense. Luckily the bus operator was not seriously injured, no passengers were injured and the bus was not moving during the "alleged" assault. The MTA and the union should jump all over this judge. |
