Reports: Tour Bus Operator Cited For Driver Fatigue In PastPolice are investigating a tour bus crash in Westchester County that injured two dozen people Wednesday. New York State Police say the Star Tag Tours bus was traveling from Foxwoods Casino in Connecticut to Flushing, Queens just before 6:30 a.m. when the driver lost control on Interstate 95 in New Rochelle. Police say all 23 passengers on board and the driver were hurt. The driver was found 150 yards behind the bus, but police say it's not clear if he was thrown from the bus or if he jumped. His injury was the most serious. Published reports say the bus company has been cited four times for driver fatigue. The accident comes in the wake of last year's tour bus crash in the Bronx that killed 15 people.
