Both the B/O AND the dispatcher should be written up.1) The dispatcher should not send ANY bus out with any writing obscuring the B/O vision (whether it was repaired or not) 2) The B/O should refuse to take ANY bus out with his/her vision obscured, and should also verify that this bus was indeed repaired, and then have the windshield cleaned before even moving said bus! |
