There is nothing wrong with that. However, the notion that Israeli transportation should make its signage in English is ludicrous. A few, select signs at critical points used by tourists are in English (i.e. the gate for the bus to Jerusalem at the Central Bus Station in Tel Aviv), but just as in other countries, things here are written in the local language. The bus stop signs have Hebrew and English on them for the most part, though the English spellings often leave a lot to be desired. |
