You're ASSuming breakdowns John.

As noted, traffic was a disaster yesterday. The rains bought traffic to a virtual standstill during and after since it took time for the water to drain off. You had buses running on their followers times, and they probably lost even more time to get on the next followers time.

Case in point: going home yesterday, my B57 arrived 15 minutes late, which is on his followers time. The 20 minute trip took 35 minutes, now he's on the next guys time. I make that trip in the morning in just 15 minutes.

Couple all that to regularly unrealistically low running and recovery times and the fact that no matter what these times were yesterday it wouldn't have made any difference and you have a recipe for a performance disaster.

Maybe you should follow/ride an individual driver for an entire shift instead of piecemeal looking for individual intervals for OTP and you'll see how hard it is for these guys to stay on time, especially on the PM.
