I wouldn't allow them to get to 30 days, because the next infraction can come with suspend and dismiss. With the TA, if you're smart, choose your battles wisely, you can beat them every time. However, if you go to war with the TA, you will lose. Keep 'em battles; keep 'em short and sweet and get on with life =)Funny also you mention someone else covering at full pay -- they were so intimidated by me that they routinely had a report time the same time as my run, just in case "something came up" on my end, or they expected something to come up. Whenever I saw a double report (I always checked the list board before reporting at the window) I made sure to have a great day knowing someone else was being paid to sleep in the back room. |
