Bill,1625 also burned up at YUK and was stored right next to 1633 in FP Storage. I shot slides of both of them. Other burn-ups were 3293 (took out Blitz 5304 & Flx 9273 with it inside HUD Depot), 3315, 3548, 3702, 4396, 8075 (fire caused by 3548 inside GH Depot), 9656 (twice). If I missed any, feel free to add them! FYI, David Gunn screwed up every transit system he got his hands on! Did you know he is personally responsible at SEPTA for getting rid of any commuter train service that wasn't electric? In 1981 he wiped out the entire ex-Reading line from Philly all the way to Pottsville, PA (via Reading)??? That's why the highways into Philly are so clogged up to this day!!! |
