The unions are going to ask for raises & increases in benifits, that's contract bargining 101 !Management is going to have to do more then show them empty pockets. The union & management folks who have seen no raise in four years have seen all of their cost go up. So, it's not unreasonable for them to expect something. The President has even said as much to the managers. |
