I understand that you as a B/O who drove the Grumman Flxibles didn't like them. But, the TA was alleging that the buses were unfit for duty on NYC. I call it BS because the PBLs were able to operate their Grummans (which were an add-on to the TA's order) for years. No one doubts that Grumman was at-fault for the A-frame issues, but that other stuff is on the TA. |
