Does anybody seriously think that the CTA would consider a bid proposal from MTS for a large contract like this? First of all MTS doesn't have a completed "Extreme" demo model for them to showcase. Secondly, the CTA wants the order completed within two years. Lastly, I hear that MTS is still in financial difficulty...with the way the US and global economy is going, do you think any private investment entities want to throw more money into an all ready losing company...end of story. |
