You are correct, there's no entrance to the HOV if you come on at 36 and yes, between 36 and 39 things can get pretty bad so the HOV is vital coming through there. I think an express making 52 and 49 and then running non-stop to the city would do well. Perhaps have it tied in with a bus coming from further east, stopping at either 49 or 52 along the way (not both though because it'll add too much time for those coming from the eastern stops). |
