Some things never change in the deep north. Were the kids licensed to have them guns? Are they legal guns too?Why did they run away after 1 second? "As dramatic as the video is, its existence was a matter of luck: the camera was on one of a few SEPTA buses so equipped as part of a pilot program." How come I've seen buses and trains with that many camera for over a decade now, as they all got them, but in the deep north they don't even bother to put them on all the vehicles? What a freaking nightmare city. or to quote another subchatter, 3rd world. |
