So pretty much, MTA's policy is Guilty until Proven Innocent, then when that is done, you're still guilty. Who the hell is running MTA, a non-bus driver team that doesn't know WTF really goes out on the road? This is 100% Un-preventable. No way the B/O is at fault if the bike was trying to be one of those MotoGP Drivers........... |
