Also, when the operator goes down to [2 broadway?] to sign papers on the accident. The TA will ask him to sign papers saying that he Is responsible for all civil$$$ damages. [AS A CONDITION TO COME BACK TO WORK]...The Union lawyer is of no help HERE. As do whether you have to sign those papers..I do not know. |
