MTA has NO designation of 'Unknown".The kangaroo court in the past has charged yours truly with a "Preventable" when I was t-boned by a guy that my witnesses said ran a red light. I was informed that I should have had my brakes covered entering the intersection at 2 a.m.! The cops asked the driver of the car what color the light was and he stated, for the record, "Blue." MTA will say the Bus Operator failed to yield to the fast approaching motorcycle, there by causing the accident! And they will say this nonsense with a straight face! And charge the B/O with a PREVENTABLE. STILL LOL@BANGING GAVELS! |
