Disagree, angle is not alone enough to determine such... the position of the light, and the speed of the motorcyclist is critical. If the motorcyclist was indeed speeding the fault entirely lands on the motorcyclist not the BO and if the light was changing to red when the BO was making the turn once again the fault falls on the motorcyclists.Verdict - Unknown. |
