Yep, in this economy, more TAs are simply awarding contracts to the lowest bidder, rather than the most compliant bidder. Gillig is known for bidding lower than its competitors. Orion, on the other hand, generally bids too high to be competitive with Gillig, New Flyer, and Nova. |
