Did they ever promise not to reduce service for a year? I keep "hearing" about this promise, but don't recall it ever being mentioned by Veolia/Nice nor Nassau County. I do have a faint memory of it being requested by some "Transit Advocates'though, probably the LIBus Riders Union.
