To access the east side sheepshead Bay passengers can take the Q train to Union Square to transfer to the IRT subway lines there. In the future after the Broadway Lafayette transfer work is completed Sheepshead Bay passengers an take the "B' train and transfer to both uptown and downtown IRT #6 line at the Broadway Lafayette Station. At Atlantic Flatbush Avenue Sheepshead Bay passengers can transfer to the "R", 2,3, 4, & % to get to downtown Manhattan. Hopefully soom they'll be extending the "J" line from Broad street to 9th Avenue, Brooklyn providing additional service to Lower Manhattan. |
