Subchat/Buschat ordinance enacted June 2006 states in Chapter 1, Paragraph 12:

No member in good-standing will willingly post photographs of the following nature:

In Subchat: Rubber tired "novelty vehicles" including but not limited
to; fake locomotives or railroad equipment as used in holiday parades and zoological venues. Thomas the Tank Engine is highly prohibited.
Other prohibited photographs include Disney-related monorail and associated equipment.

Chapter 1, Paragraph 14 (There is no paragraph 13):

In Buschat: Rubber tired tourist "trolley" cars, including but not limited to; low end bus models, not including Corgi die-cast buses. A special exemption will be made to the Catskill Game Farm ladder truck!
Allowable historic photos shall include; Tandy Trolley in Dallas,
San Francisco, SEPTA, Public Service (both NJ and New Orleans), Brooklyn and others previously posted in Buschat and Subchat.

This was passed by the Board of Directors on June 31, 2006
