In the case of B103 and S89, those have always been limited stops, and there was no "elimination" of local service beneath those routes. In the case of Q113, the portion of the route over which only limited stop buses operate have never had local service.Stated another way, are there are streets where there had been both local and limited stop services, and subsequently all local service on those streets were withdrawn? |
