[Out of curiousty if there is a demand for a QM 20 to Wall St? How would MTA justify the cost?] That was why I pointed out the BxM18 transfer privilege. It functions as a cheap-to-operate Lower Manhattan "extension" for the Queens express routes that have some demand for it but not enough to warrant dedicated trips. |
