I could not agree with you more, Mr. D Type!I'm glad we got to enjoy the Macks, GM old-looks, fishbowls, lxibles, Grummans and so on. Think of how we felt when the MTA stomped it's feet and sidelined all of the Grummans! I enjoyed riding them in the Bronx. Think of how I felt! In my opinion, the RTS has always been a piece of crap (remember, that's just my opinion). My favorite buses have always been the fishbowls. I'm thankful that I was able to obtain (my photography or purchased) slides of all but a few of the Blitz-rebuilt fishbowls. I currently have 2 extras of the Blitz for sale on ebay (ebay ID is nhrrlives). Check it out! |
