[You are probably sworn to secrecy.] Will those who attend the hearing also be "sworn to secrecy" to prevent non-attendees from learning the specifics or commenting on them? Will anything even BE disclosed at the hearing, or must everybody wait until their buses fail to appear? Any other transit agency (including the MTA) would have publicized the gory details and invited comments in advance. |
