You could say that. However, I'm pretty sure MTA would have said that months ago when the discussions first began, or after they reviewed the initial proposal. They have made it all the way to step 3, and MTA has pretty much said make sure the lift works, and prove that you can deliver. It's basically all up to MTS now. MTA has also requested a demo already before they formally sit down. That says a lot right there.It's also interesting, or maybe just coincidence that the MTA is set to award an order for "89" express buses 12 days after they meet with MTS. |
