True, but that attitude has got to change. If there isn't anything fundamentally wrong with the idea, I think it warrants more than just a "quick look". I mean, the S53 has the highest ridership of any Staten Island bus route. While that doesn't automatically mean it should get a limited, it definitely warrants further looking into, which they refused to do. I mean, realistically, how much money would it take to do a few more traffic checks and analyze the data? |
