The B 11 already goes down the narrow streets in Borough Park and the portion of Avenue J with traffic is between E16th and Coney Island Avenue which the B11 already travels down. The portion east of Flatbush Avenue that I recommended using Avenue J eastbound and Avenue K westbound has very little traffic.The reason it didn't work in 1978 was that buses got bogged down in Canarsie using the narrow streets near Canarsie Terminal. |
