They use their service guidelines the way they want to.I went to a seminar last week called Transportation 2030, and woman on the panel from Rochdale Village claimed that when MTA Bus cut their express service to every 30 minutes last year, the buses are so crowded that the passengers can't even fit on the bus and have to wait another 30 minutes for the next bus. |
