Before the changes I remember B21 passengers boarding at Kingsborough Community College (who lived in Coney Island) with a KCC ID card were able to request a special (orange) transfer to the B36 bus. What was that all about? The regular transfer ticket didn't include a transfer between the B36 and B21 routes? |
