I don't mind the Q38 been changed as it is a sloppy route. Some people here forget about the "Barrier" which is the reason FP Road and Metro Ave suck so bad for traffic. The barrier pretty much forces you use those streets in order for people to travel between Ridgewood and Maspeth/Middle Village. It consists of Metro Mall, Fresh Pond Depot, Fresh Pond Yard, Christ the King HS, and Lutheran Cemetery. The only the that can travel through it is the (M) train. Metro Ave, Fresh Pond Rd, Cypress Hills st, Central Ave, and 73rd Place is the perimeter of it.IMO, instead of extending a part of it, one portion should just be eliminated entirely. However it should still serve Queens Center Mall. |
