These cameras likely would not be used to just to "protect the driver" but also to reduce claims against the agency (which, an agency the size of the MTA, really needs). In fact, I'm surprised that cameras aren't already commonplace throughout the system.I do agree that driver shields are needed, although I really do hate them. Weird thing is that they already have "driver doors", don't they? How much extra would a full sized partition be? |
