Remember what the MTA spokesman said:"We are willing to look at any proposal to reallocate resources as long as it's at no net cost AND DOES NOT EXCEED LOADING OR SERVICE GUIDELINES." (Emphasis added) Remember this as the new reality. Now, let's come up with something that would appease the ignorant and incompetent service planners. |
