Thinking about it, the best replacement would be an extension of the Q12 to Union Turnpike. You can offset the extensions costs by combining the Q76/Q77, cutting the Q24 back to Crescent Street (J)/(Z), or swapping the Q36 and Q110 (the Q36 would go to Belmont Park, and wouldn't cost as much to operate). |
